Karen is one of the owner and Founders of SHAPE SKIN Lymphatic wellness and Aesthetics Center She is a practicing Master Esthetician with more than 5 years of experience. Creator of Method facelift by manual Lymphatic drainage treatment, this treatment provides very unique experience to the clients. Giving Clients inmediate lifting results. She describe her Self as a Resilient and committed person and she said that she found in the Beauty a way to show womens how to become a better version of themselves.
She is certified in the Dr. Vodder Method from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, the leading school in the U.S. for lymphedema certification. As well as she is certified in Advanced MLD-Management of Plastic Surgery Procedures
from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, with expertise in Post op protocols specific to Liposuction, Breast Surgeries, Tummy Tucks, BBL. And Brazilian Lymphatic drainage for losing water retention.
She is passionate in early intervention and treatment throughout her clients that just got a surgery. She combines manual techniques from South America where she is originally from where her passion for Lymphatic Treatments was born.
Karen has attended numerous trainings and seminars from top Aestheticians worldwide to perfect her skills and she is continuously seeking for more opportunity to grow. She says – “I never get tired of this, I could work all day performing Lymphatic and Aesthetic treatments and I will still go home and read about procedures or watch training videos, I just Love it”
Outside of work, Karen can speaks 3 languages , enjoys exercise, loves Hispanic concert music, healthy food, listen audiobooks, and spending time with her family.

Zoleidy Dugarte
Laser Technician COO Founder
Zoleidy is one of the owners and founder of SHAPE SKIN Lymphatic Aesthetics and Wellness Center. She is a business woman, entrepreneur, visionary, who has developed and maintains herself in different Real Estate and Commercial Remodeling businesses but she is passionate about the beauty business, she is a skin care consultant and a professional laser technician and has a Extensive experience in the laser field. She describes herself as a risk taker, her best quote being “Only those who risk going too far can find out how far they can go.”
She has participated in numerous trainings and seminars throughout the United States, establishing protocols for our procedures with laser. For her, the beauty business has been the most fun and rewarding thing in her life, being able to encourage other women to feel unique. Advanced laser hair removal is one of her favorite treatments here at Shape Skin Lymphatic Wellness and Aesthetic Center. She is knowledgeable in managing all aspects of the office's day-to-day operations and implements policies and procedures related to his business experience. She is also Certified in Body Sculpting and Lymphatic Drainage to lose fluid retention, Wood Therapy Techniques from South America where she is from and CryoSlimming Treatment through Cryolipolysis.
